Listen folks, if you cannot head over to the state of California and are craving authentic tacos for lunch like most of us, then this is the next best place to stop by. A unique taqueria which offers the popular California Taco as well as Deep Fried Tacos and much, much more. A long standing Counter-service spot that really has become quite famous for their original fried puffy taco shells that are filled on site with various delicious fillings. Opened up in the mid-90's, they are nearing three decades of success in the Omaha area. Being a Mexican spot, they've got plenty of Mexican imports along with domestic beverages available. But if you really want a drink to remember, be sure to order their Legendary Mega Margarita. Even though there are often lines here, they move smoothly and quickly. Some goodies here to try include the Cali chicken taco, Chili Cheese Fries, Steak Chimichangas, chips and queso, deep fried California Steak Tacos, Bean Dip and more. Easy street parking as well, so that's an easy aspect which can be a headache in some diners we've visited. They are huge, huge, huge!
