Let's face it, when it comes to summer time road trips and diner hoping, there really isn't anything better than a good lip smackin' BBQ! Well, this is one of those diners that you simply cannot pass up when in Fairfield. Especially local favorites off the grill such as the the St. Louis Ribs and Memphis Baby Back Ribs to hit the spot just right. Tint cute spot that offers just the amount of friendly ambience you need to enjoy your meal. Most often come here for take-out as the seating is quite limited, but if you can grab as seat we recommend it. Friendly service here all the time. Great portions and out of this world flavors here might put you in a nap mood afterwards.. it's just that filling and good in our eyes. Plenty of sauce variants here as well which is always a bonus. That way you can customize you own flavors of sweet and hot with their meats. Another winner at Wilson's Holy Smoke BBQ is their original, tender, delicious.. Carolina pulled pork sandwich! It's a place you can easily miss, but once here you'll wish you'd been here much sooner.
