Locally sourced, organic and free of animal products - the first thing you'll notice are the amazing range of flavors and textures in each meal here. If you're new to vegan fare, this will truly help you understand that you never need to sacrifice taste, period. Chef-driven concepts that change with the seasons and the times that will help ensure there is always something delicious and flavorful offered. Co-owners Barbara Troyer and Chef Richard Hull have made a tremendous success of this spot that is located at The Pantry on Newport Avenue.
