We are proud to introduce one of our favorites in the country, Chef Ivan Rodrigues! As you may imagine, being on an island and producing most ingredients in land, everything at this place is sourced locally and as fresh as possible. The seafood
is truly as fresh as possible with many dishes from the catch of the day. Rib are something you must absolutely try when you come here to dine. Their twenty-one day process to cure and salt these lamb ribs just makes them the best you'll ever
come across. Sometimes you have to travel across the pond to find out what's there, and in the case of Cuba the culinary world never disappoints. The Pulled Lamb variation is above the rest and we're always sure to have a second helping. We also
love the snapper that's prepared fresh each day and topped off with their signature chimichurri sauce. They specialize in traditional Cuban dishes and have added a new flare to the fine dining scene. Charcoal-grilled is something to explore here.
