It's not too often we come across a 100% authentic Russian spot to dine at here in the USA. So it's with great pleasure we present to you Alyonka Russian Cuisine in the heart of Boise. An intimate and memorable restaurant that will always treat you with a pleasant smile and something new from the norm to try. Chef and owner Elena DeYoung has been creating wonderful Russian food since 2005. It took a few years to open her own restaurant and in 2019 it became a reality. So many delicious comfort classic Russian foods here will without question challenge any American competitor. Always daily fresh ingredients are used to create made from scratch dishes that will please even the harshest of food critics. Tons to choose from such as their Beef Stroganoff, Russian-Style Dumplings, Gouda Cheese Plate, Huge Homemade Pelmeni, Honey Cake, Russian Borscht, Shuba, Baked Pirozhki, Royal Poppy Seed Ganache Cake and plenty more.
