One of our favorite food truck stops that takes it up a notch in the New Mexico area by specializing in New Zealand dishes.
Hearty and comfort foods which warms the soul as well as sweet tooth. Seriously, this place offers so many amazing items
that it really is hard to just pass by without taking a peak. Back in 2002, Alyson Hyder moved from New Zealand to her current
location in Taos. After years of tourism and hotel experience, she opened up her food cart which is why we're featuring
her here today. Again, the menu is super unique as it essentially is Kiwi Food. Plenty of delicious items here such as
her freshly and daily prepared Lolly Cake, Meat Pies, Gourmet Sandwiches, Chicken Pies, Sausage Rolls, Beef Bourginon Pies
and don't skip in on the home-made Ice Cream. In addition to running the successful food cart, she also excels in some
fantastic catering if you're in the area. So yea, come hungry and grab a Gyro or Meat Pie at Aly's Taos Eats right here in
