Let's face it, unless you're a vegetarian for one reason or another - there is no other better meal than some good old fashioned juicy BBQ. This diner we've come across delivers some of the best you'll every find and they offer a wide variety of BBQ here including their now world famous, in-house Jalapeno Poppers. This popular, local neighborhood BBQ food truck has been at it for several years and is a trusted spot for incredible BBQ by far. It's easily the best choice for local catering events without question. If you've ever hosted a large event, you'll appreciate the charm a food truck provides for the patrons. It's really the best chance to order a whole Roasted Hog. The brick and mortar spot has recently closed down, but we're super excited to announce that the food truck continues with the tradition and is still the best BBQ option in Paola Kansas to this day. Some other great things to try here include their Atomic Buffalo Turds, Burnt Ends, Sausages, and one of our personal favorites - the Smoked Wings.
