About BLUDSO'S BBQ
A great BBQ joint which offers up authentic Texas style cooking in the heart of California. We're really impressed with this location not just due to the great dishes they put out, but because of the owners and entertaining atmosphere they've created as well. We ordered the Ribs when visiting and let us tell you they are finger licking good! Then, add the Collard Greens as the side of choice and you're smiling. Owner and creator Kevin Bludso is a James Beard Award winner as well as 2x Steve Harvie Hoodie Award winner. Excellence speaks for itself but it's genuinely the heart and passion for true BBQ flavors that makes this space so special. With the growing success of Bludso's, there are now multiple locations across Texas, California and even Australia.
