Chef Roberto, who was originally a cheese maker between Rome and Naples in Italy, takes the upmost pride in every Pizza pie he creates from scratch. Don Antonio by Starita uses only homemade mozzarella along with the finest, freshest ingredients available often locally sourced. Don Antonio by Starita carries popular menu items such as Pizze Fritte, Gluten Free Pizzas, Vegetarian and all of the classics you can sink your teeth into. At Don Antonio by Starita, the Fritattine is also amazing consisting of a Spaghetti Cake loaded with Smoked Buffalo Mozzarella and baked Ham imported from Italy. Some other notables at Don Antonio by Starita include their Vesuvio Pizza, Fritattine, Capua Pizza and the one and only Montanara Starita Pizza, which is actually their signature Pie.
