We love this Asian-Fusion hot spot in the city of Taos nestled in New Mexico. They pride themselves in only using ingredients from local farms and ranches in the area. This ensures the highest quality and freshest of ingredients used in their daily cuisine. Many of their proteins are from 100% grass fed sources that include Elk, Beef, Lamb, Wild Boar, Buffalo, Wild Bison, Chicken and more. The produce is also local and organic sources nearby. When a spot puts that much attention to detail, you know they truly care about the customers and final dishes served. It is housed in one of the oldest buildings of Taos and take pride in their Asian food with a Southwest Flair here. We do love the weekends here as they hold live entertainment and on occasion host local artworks for sale. As you can tell, this is a step ahead when it comes to dining establishments and we highly recommend you visit them. With only a few short years of operations under their belt since they opened up in 2018, they have quickly rose to the top and continue to be a full house each night.
