We all know that Idaho is famed for their potatoes, but this location really does show that they're so much more. It's actually become a local landmark that everyone seems to visit at one point or another, thanks to their classic menu that always serves to please. Try the Pot Roast Beef Sandwich or Portobello Pesto Burger with Sweet Potato Fries - which continues to deliver smiles and full bellies. From recent reviews and attempts to visit Donn's Hilltop Kodiak Grill and it has broken our hearts that this spot does indeed seem to have been closed. While there are still many great Boise spots to dine at (be sure to use our menu to find Boise restaurants near you), this one truly touched the hearts of many and we fear none will be able to fill the hole left behind. The meals here were always made from scratch and with love. Classic American style menu that will remind you of your childhood or perhaps introduce you to it for the first time. Service here was always truly friendly and you were always made to feel right at home. Best of luck to the owners, we miss you.
