It's a cafe taken to the next level in our eyes, a step above the basic bistro. A gathering place that excels in craft food and beverages that will put a smile on your face. A great selection of gourmet coffee here is really worth the trip alone. All pastries are baked fresh, starting from the early hours of each day. We're also always impressed by the vast selection of artisan breads, we're sure to bring a loaf or two home each time we visit. Whether you are coming here for a meal or a treat, you will be pleasantly surprised when you come get one. A vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere here at Ethos. Who can say not to a delicious brunch with a freshly poured glass (or two) of mimosas. The service here is always friendly and helpful with the menu. Some fantastic choices here at Ethos include the shrimp and grits, cappuccino, homemade chips, maple pecan donuts, fire cooked pizza, Earl Grey Lemon Lavender scone, Prime Rib Sandwich and plenty more. It takes a bit longer to get your food but that's what happens when it's all made from scratch - simply incredible!
