The origin starts with Nurbu and Pema Sherpa whom started this amazing culinary experience from a simple food cart. Moving from Bend, they arrived in the city of Sisters in 2022 with their current brick and mortar location you can visit. The spot is loaded with traditional Himalayan specialties that will impress you whether it's a new cuisine or your culture. Before we get in to the menu, we want to impress on our readers that this spot cares beyond as they take a portion of the profits back to Nepal to help improve the schooling opportunities for poor neighborhoods. It's all about giving back here, which is another reason we're more than happy to dine here anytime we're nearby. The spot is suer cozy and chill, a welcoming spot that you'll adore.
