Taking it on the road with their highly popular mobile pizzeria, the lineups around the bend a testament of how popular and amazing they are. They take no shortcuts here as they only source the best cheese, dough, sauce and other ingredients to truly create the perfect pie - to order. What is the characterization of a Detroit style pizza? Well you'll have to just come by and have a slice for yourselves. But in essence, a deeper pie that is decorated with toppings from edge to edge that creates a "crown" instead of a typical crust.
