One of our most favorite Hollywood destinations when travelling around beautiful Florida. This authentic spots specializes made-to-order Peruvian sandwiches, and other Peruvian style cuisine specialties. They server breakfast, lunch and dinner so there is no wrong time to come and grab a delicious meal. The sandwiches here are all prepared fresh with never frozen ingredients. Natural meat sources are used to give you the absolute highest quality of foods possible. What takes them a step ahead is the fact that they also bake their own in-house breads, so you get the freshest and most amazing sandwiches imaginable. They have also perfect the Peruvian Rice Bowls which come in a variation of possibilities. Be sure to also ask about the Peruvian Quinoa served here, it will truly transform your mindset on Quinoa for life. Not to forget, leave some space for their old-school desserts which you may be unfamiliar with, yet fall in love with at the same time. We especially love the Paletas here, always worth taking some home as well. Some highlights here always include their Chicharron Sandwiches, Lomo Saltado Quinoa Bowls, daily baked Roseta bread rolls, the many wonderful Handcrafted Empanadas, Flan and simply too much to list in our simple review.
