Listen folks, it's all about the real deal Cuban Cuisine right here and now - and we highly encourage you to visit to get an authentic glimpse of the amazing passion of this place. With passed down recipes over several Cuban generations, it's 100% legitimate here without question. Cuban menu favorites such as their delicious Piccadillo make the visit worthwhile in addition to a handful of amazing and original Sandwiches to make anyone and everyone smile. So again, with a heavy heart, we are forced to share the news that this once booming Bradenton favorite has had to close their doors to the public. Jose's Real Cuban Food is no longer in service but we are truly thankful for their many years of amazing service and for giving Floridians the chance to experience Cuba without having to leave Bradenton. After some unexpected health scares, the owner Jose Baserva decided to sell after just 8 short but amazing years of service. Some other great things we had the pleasure to eat here while it was still open was the Lechon, classic Cuban Sandwich of course or the Cuban Sampler Platter which gave guests the opportunity to try a little bit of everything. In our many visits, we easily recapped this spot as very divey, very affordable and unmistakably very Cubano! We will miss each time we stepped inside, the awesome greeting of "Welcome to Jose's!".
