A true marvel what these folks have put together to provide all the customers with a unique and memorable dining experience. They love what they do and it's very obvious from the amazing selection of freshly prepared sushi and ramen items. An interesting fact about this spot is the fish is actually flown in from Japan itself several times per week. No other place we've visited outside of Japan has put this attention to detail - which is much appreciated. Kobe Japanese Cuisine has many authentic items to choose from including their many rolls which always taste as fresh as can be. Of course, everything here is prepared fresh to order - as it should be. Once you dine here, it will quickly become a regular spot for you. Small yet cozy spot with just a handful of tables.
