In fact, since their doors opened in the late 60's, they have been serving amazing Basque regional dishes that we highly recommend. Some unique items that you may not be used to but must try at least once in your life such as Oxtail Bourguignon or the Hunter's Rabbit dish which is exactly as unique and great as it sounds folks. We love the family-style feel here that keeps it welcoming and far superior to the standard fast food alternatives that are taking over the country. These types of spots to eat at really give us hope that there is a place to still go to enjoy a freshly prepared meal, with genuine service and memorable experience. Back in 1967, Louis and Lorraine Erreguible opened up these doors and have remained opened since. Ok.. so let's address the elephant in the room.. the servers! When you come to Louis Basque Corner, the servers outfitted in authentic Basque costumes make this a unique and truly exciting experience. Surely a conversation starter and something to let your friends know about. All food here is homemade and you can truly taste and see the difference. Quality is as good as it gets here and they never cut any corners. Also, for adults, you do NOT want to pass up on their one and only, world famous Picon Punch! One too many and you may get knocked on your butt! Seriously, go see it!
