Easily located in the Pendleton Arts District, we've come to appreciate every ounce of this spot including their live music nights which really sets the vibe. The modern-industrial yet welcoming feel here is right on point and so is their BBQ and range of Craft drinks to pair. Meats are local from Avril-Bleh along with the bread which is local as well. The rest, well it's prepared in-house by the pit master using oak and cherry wood. If you're seeking meat that will melt in your mouth, then once again, Lucius Q is your spot. Listen, it's all fantastic but some items to wet your appetite might include their Creamy Coleslaw, Tender Pork Sandwiches, Pig Mac (Pulled Pork Mac n Cheese), Pork Rinds with Pimento Cheese, Cheddar Corn Muffin, Cheesy Grits, Burnt Ends, Pulled Pork Hash and the list goes on and on.
