Pumping out well over 600 Burgers each day, fresh and made to order! This busy place is one of the hottest Burger joints you'll ever find in the state of Texas. These delicious 1/2 lb patty Burgers are all custom made, but rest assured only fresh and daily picked ingredients are used. Never frozen patties, you get the best only here and truly as fresh as possible. You can even add a fried egg to as a topping, which we highly suggest, it's the bomb! Maple and Motor is a landmark counter-serve diner in Dallas that has lines going around the bend. Old-school decor that takes you back in time that you'll never forget. They keep the menu items basic yet epic. They offer the basic Burger topped anyway you wish, Fried Baloney Sandwich, Flat-top Brisket Sandwich, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, classic BLT, Yardbird Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Tender Basket, Upstream Sockeye Salmon 'Salmwich' and of course the famous Fries, Tater Tots, beer-battered Onion Rings and more. We also suggest you double the meat on the burgers if you're ready for a true feast. Again, we love this spot and will always stand strong by the opinion that Maple and Motor is the Dallas Burger destination you cannot pass up. Small spot, but they produce simple perfection each time. We've come dozens of times here and can attest that the quality is always the same - great.
