It's been a while since we've stumbled upon a worthwhile food truck, so we're super excited to share this great find in the city of Spokane with you! There is a reason folks keep coming back to this amazing eatery and it's about time you find out for yourselves! These guys truly prepare some of the best authentic BBQ you'll ever taste! Items such as their smoked mac and cheese, slow smoked butter injected brisket, pulled pork sandwiches and of course their Banana Pudding. They take care of all the traditional staples from the world of BBQ. You can dine at the truck, take it to go or even get them to cater any of your events. We love this feature as it really makes a gathering or party a great one every time!
