Let's keep it straight to the facts.. it's quite simple - they smoke meats. But, they do it with perfection and we agree that it's an art form here. They smoke all types of meats such as brisket, pork, duck, salmon and much more. The owner Kyle perfected the smoking process while he as completing his law school education. Joining forces with his fellow friends Herman and Adam, they created this amazing establishment and have continued to set smoking perfection ever since. As you may expect, it's all about a complete and delicious BBQ menu here and all is always prepared fresh and served to perfection each time. They are very consistent with their quality which is a rare things these days in the industry. Check out their sample packs to get a better idea of what's on the menu, it's very generous!
