Pam really is the founder and chef at this very popular diner that runs a full menu of authentic Trinidad based cuisine. One thing you'll immediately appreciate when you come to Pam's Kitchen is the relaxed atmosphere which mimics the relaxed Caribbean island life. In addition to the classic Oxtail, Jerk Chicken and Curries served here, they also don't skimp out on the beverages which include cocktails and freshly squeezed juices. Chef Pam Jacob who is also the owner is herself from Trinidad and actually got her start on the island with the original Pam's Snack Shack. Moving to Seattle in 1994, she quickly continue her love and passion for the Caribbean cuisine to the good people of Seattle. When travelling to various cities across the US, people tend to try their local favorites of each town, but we prefer to check out the more unique flavors that you wouldn't necessarily expect.
