This place is one of our favorite spots to visit because of the wonderful fusion of ideas that magically flow in to the Pingala Cafe! They have taken Food Truck inspired dishes and made them available in this cozy and inviting cafe atmosphere. In addition, they just all happen to be vegan which is just as exciting! Today's vegan dishes are delicious, exciting and innovative. Many non-vegan diner will happily dine here as the flavors and dining experience is simply too good to pass up. The 100% plant-based menu is full of great things to choose from and often has seasonal specials and new ideas to explore. In addition, there are many gluten-free choices as well so they truly do have you covered in today's ever chancing diet restrictions. Try something amazing without having to include meat, dairy or any other animal based products. It's not only ideal for the environment but also for your overall health. The word Pingala actually derives from the translation of Sun Energy and that is what vegan is all about.
