The owners of Rosedale Diner started up this fast service establishment in the early 1980's and have never looked back with their roaring success. When paying your visit, we insist that you give the world-famous Canadian style Poutine au Canard a try. In addition, the Sticky Asian Pork Ribs are worth your time here. However, as we have to report from time to time, the Rosedale Diner is now permanently closed since the end of the 2023 year. With over 45 years of service in Toronto area, Rosedale Diner owners Dubi Filar and Esti Filar have decided to hang up their aprons and enjoy a well-earned life of retirement. Some other memorable dishes here that always caught our attention were the Lamb Burgers, Waffles, Whitefish Salad, Duck Poutine, Short Ribs and more. While there remain many great dining options in the city of Toronto, none will replace the heart, service and reputation of the Rosedale Diner.
