Opened since just 2009, this place is famous for tradition with a twist! Of course, world-over famous now for their amazing northwest hazelnut finished pork, there is much more to this butchery, just wait and see when you swing by! Following tried traditions dating back hundreds of years, they carry the European and Spanish methods over here in North America to share with the rest of us. While you can find their pork products throughout many stores and restaurants, we always prefer to swing by this location to get the real sense of the origins and tradition.
