The Cube BBQ found in New Mexico is truly a unique spot find some of the best, authentic BBQ we've ever come across as seen on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. We've always loved The Cube BBQ during our countless visits, and always make sure to grab a few bites when we're in town (ok, many bites TBH). Each and every recipe on The Cube BBQ menu is passed down through the family and every dish is created daily fresh from scratch, in-house. Nothing is frozen or pre-bought, everything is fresh, local and made with love. This unique combination of flavors, culinary passion and love of BBQ cuisine comes shining through with each bite you take. Almost everything at The Cube BBQ is great so it's hard to pick out a single item here. However, we recommend the Smoked BBQ Chicken dish as well as the the finger-licking good Guadalajara Dog that is a local top choice. However, as we sometimes have to report with a saddened heart, The Cube BBQ has closed it's doors and is no longer open for business in the great city of Albuquerque. 2017 was the end of an amazing era for The Cube BBQ.
