First and foremost, when you come to The Early Bird Diner, you must consider the the amazing Chicken and Waffles special, it is really spectacular. Also, be brave and try the Fried Pork Chop which is generously topped with Pepper Jelly. A meal that is perhaps a feast of a meal, in our eyes. Enjoy every bite everyone, this spot is your place to be when in the state of South Carolina. When you arrive and take a glance over the full menu, you'll recognize many of the American diner classics here, and they are all made with old authentic style, just like one might find at their moms house. As they like to say, they've been cracking eggs since 2008. So in just over a decade, they have become the talk of the town and Charleston is that much better off because of them. They've become so popular over the years, they've come out with their own line of merch for you to pick up - now that's a success story on it's own. We also appreciate that they continue to be locally owned AND operated, so you know for a fact you'll be treated like a star, not just a number as the local fast food joints make you feel like. It's these family friendly spots which are harder to find as the days pass by, we are very thankful for these folks. We must also mention that they make the most amazing (and massive) Banana Bread Pudding we've ever come across, simply delicious!
