Of course, when visiting Chicago you need to stop by and try out their world famous pizza joints, as they're know for Chicago style pizza! But, what makes this dive stand out from the rest is that it carries a thin crust pie rather than the traditional thick, deep-dish version. Give it a go and appreciate a slightly different spin on the Chicago slice. Family-owned since the start, this location has been doing it right since 1932. Plenty of other Italian favorite to eat here besides the Pizza, but the pizza is surely the biggest draw each time we're there to visit. A south side location, it's easy to get to and plenty of other attractions to visit too, when in Chicago. The Original Vito & Nick's Pizzeria loves to serve and always welcome you with a smile. The extremely thin, almost cracker style crust is what put them on the map and we really don't care for any other pizza when forced to compare. Other good choices include the zucchini fries, French fries, meatball or sausageburger sandwiches, wings, poppers and onion rings too. Great place, great people, great food!
