About THE ROOST
It's all about locally sourced food and drink here and we promise you it's like nothing you've come across before! This rustic style pub is really the place to be any day of the week when in Longmont! Run by a bunch of California raised folks, they moved out to Colorado and found their passion in the culinary and service industry. The Gafner and Lance duos truly bring a welcoming and eatery to the area. They have a great selection of New American style foods but also a terrific range of craft drinks. The free live music is also a treat so be sure to attend on a night where the entertainment is rocking the house! You'll find the food runners are very upbeat and friendly, which makes the experience far more enjoyable! We have to suggest a few of the favorites such as their Cauliflower, Thai Pork Tacos, Tots or Candied Bacon Sliders. Also, they give 10% of all orders towards an adoption service, very nice!
