The restaurant located in the heart of the University of Las Vegas is really serving up a storm with some awesome dishes you normally wouldn't expect from a campus menu, typically. One of the best dishes we tasted during our visit were the Thai Shrimp that had a nice blend of texture and heat with each bite. If you're a student living on the Las Vegas campus, you are treated like royally when it comes to dining compared to typical campus joints. It's impressive and inspiring that they take it to the next level and actual treat food and meals with respect instead of slop on a plate. They serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menus with plenty of quite bite options in between as well. One of our favorite part of this spot include the Omelette station which cooks up fresh Breakfast options. The salad bar is also epic and gives you healthy vegan options to fit all lifestyles. The Pasta line here is also a favorite which gives you the chance to mix and match your favorite Italian favorite. In essence, it's a buffet style with plenty to each and choose from and from the last time we visited, unlimited fountain drinks to fill up in three spots. Listen, this place truly throws out the old cafeteria style world in the trash and brings in a new age of dining for today's student who need a quick, convenient yet healthy, gourmet and delicious meal.
