Perhaps the first of it's kind in our DDD list across the world.. it's time to dive straight in to some amazing, authentic Norwegian cuisine! What also makes this space such a novel staple is that it's hosted out of a food truck. To be more specific, an awesome vintage Airstream trailer. Already amazing and we haven't even dealt in to the kick butt menu offered here. In 2010, Megan and Jeremy opened up this epic food truck that has been a hit in the area and now you can visit as well. What you'll find here are some pretty amazing Lefse and Scandinavian dishes, that define the American style of comfort food. Everything here is made with a passion for food and the top priority here is that you, the customer, is fully satisfied and hopes to return again. If you're a true foodie fan in the city of Portland, then it will absolutely become your favorite food truck to visit. Some favorites here include their perfectly season Meatballs, the trademark Lefse, Salmon Wraps, the Red Cabbage Slaw and more including some of the best Vegan options we've come across in Oregon.
